RIA is designed with love in Germany and manufactured in Poland. Our fabrics are sourced from Germany.
Currently, Ria operates primarily as an online retailer. However, we occasionally participate in pop-up events. Keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.
You can exclusively purchase RIA's products directly from our online store.
If your item is out of stock, don't worry! You have two options. You can either simply sign up with your email address on the product page, and we'll inform you once it becomes available again OR you can Preorder the product and we will send it you the product as soon as its back in stock. This option is the carefree option.
Material & Care
We recommend following the care instructions provided on the product page and garment's label to ensure longevity. Generally, most of our pieces can be hand washed or dry cleaned.
This is a mid-weight, non-stretchy satin fabric made from 97% polyester and 3% elastane.
Size & Fit
Our skirts are designed long to suit all heights and can be shortened as required. Any skilled tailor can adjust the length to fit you perfectly. Don't forget your favorite shoes when tailoring the length!

We’re committed to making sure you love your purchase! If for any reason you're not, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returns can conveniently be initiated through our official return portal. When using our return portal, a fixed return shipping fee will be charged. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, undamaged and with all original tags and packaging intact.
If you choose to return the order without using our return portal (e.g. via your own shipping service provider), you will bear the actual return shipping costs charged by that provider.

Custom Orders
Please note that we do not accept returns on custom orders, as each piece is handmade and specially created just for you.
We offer free shipping for orders over €300 in Europe. If your order is under €300, a shipping fee will apply. The shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process.
For now, we only ship to Europe, the UK, and Switzerland. Please note the total cost for your order does not include any import or duties fees. If you're located outside of these specified countries, we're happy to explore alternative shipping arrangements.
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification.
Products ordered for shipment to countries outside the EU may be subject to duties, taxes and charges applied by the country of destination and not included in the price of the products. The buyer of the shipment is the importer in the country of destination and is responsible for all said duties, taxes and fees. Ria Studio GmbH has no control over these charges and does not take responsibility for ensuring that the products ordered comply with local customs laws and/or duties and taxes.
