We offer fast and secure shipping with DHL. Your order will be processed and ready to ship within one week, subject to product availability and credit check. Our products are shipped within 1-2 days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order has been shipped we estimate delivery within 48h in Germany and 2-5 business days for EU. Shipping times may vary, but we are working hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible. After your order has been shipped you will receive an email including a tracking number. Please note that it is possible that during promotional periods shipping may take longer than expected.
Our products include VAT taxes from Europe. The shipping costs however don't include customs and tax duties which may be charged in addition on import from your country (expect EU). These duties usually depend on the order value and are the responsibility of the customer. We won't refund orders, in case that the duties are not paid by the customer and the customer chooses not to pick up the order.

Wir liefern schnell und sicher mit DHL. Deine Bestellung wird innerhalb einer Woche bearbeitet und versandfertig gemacht, je nach Produktverfügbarkeit und Kreditprüfung. Unsere Produkte wird innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen versandt, es sei denn, auf der Produktseite ist etwas anderes angegeben. Sobald deine Bestellung versandt wurde, erhältst du eine E-Mail mit Trackingnummer. Die reguläre Lieferzeit beträgt bis zu 48h in Deutschland und 2-5 Werktage innerhalb der EU. Lieferzeiten können abweichen, aber wir arbeiten hart daran, dass deine Bestellung möglichst schnell bei dir ist.
Die bestellten Produkte für den Versand in Länder außerhalb der EU können Zölle, Steuern und Gebühren unterliegen, die vom Bestimmungsland erhoben werden und nicht im Preis der Produkte enthalten sind. Der Käufer der Sendung ist der Importeur im Bestimmungsland und ist für alle genannten Zölle, Steuern und Gebühren verantwortlich.
