We’re committed to making sure you love your purchase! If for any reason you're not, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. 

Returns can conveniently be initiated through our official return portal. When using our return portal, a fixed return shipping fee will be charged. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, undamaged and with all original tags and packaging intact.

If you choose to return the order without using our return portal (e.g. via your own shipping service provider), you will bear the actual return shipping costs charged by that provider.

Exchange

If you don’t like an item and want to exchange it, no problem! Exchanges can conveniently be initiated through our official exchange portal.

Are returns free?

You will bear the shipping costs for a return. We hope you can understand this decision. We are still a small company and are working to make the entire return and exchange process smoother in the near future. Please also note that your package must be adequately stamped. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking for your return and keeping the tracking number safe, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns. Please keep this tracking number carefully, so you have proof of return in case we do not receive your package.

When will I get my money back?

Please note that you will not receive an acknowledgment of receipt from us after we receive your return. Once we have received your return, it takes 2-5 business days to process it. We will email you once your return has been processed. The refund can only be made to your original payment method. Refunds for PayPal and credit cards can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. If you shopped with a promotional code, only the actual payment amount charged after using the voucher will be refunded. The terms and conditions of the respective promotion apply.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you have taken possession of the last item.

Use of our return portal is optional but recommended.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are generally borne by you.
When using our official return portal, the return shipping costs are charged as a flat fee of:

• €7,50 within Germany

• €10,00 within the European Union

• €14,00 outside the European Union

If you choose to return the goods using a different shipping service provider instead of our return portal, you will bear the actual return shipping costs charged by that provider.
No additional processing or handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you (minus any return shipping costs incurred via our return portal, where applicable) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Note on the non-existence of a right of withdrawal:

Unless otherwise agreed, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacturing of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly personalized to the needs of the consumer.

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn (14) Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Haben Sie mehrere Waren im Rahmen einer einheitlichen Bestellung bestellt und werden diese getrennt geliefert, beginnt die Widerrufsfrist ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter die letzte Ware in Besitz genommen haben.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Rücksendekosten

Die Rücksendekosten tragen grundsätzlich Sie.
Diese betragen bei Nutzung unseres offiziellen Retourenportals pauschal:

• 7,50 € innerhalb Deutschlands

• 10,00 € innerhalb der Europäischen Union

• 14,00 € außerhalb der Europäischen Union

Erfolgt die Rücksendung über einen anderen Versanddienstleister als unser Retourenportal, tragen Sie die tatsächlich anfallenden Versandkosten selbst.
Eine zusätzliche Bearbeitungs- oder Erstattungsgebühr wird nicht erhoben.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, erstatten wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben (abzüglich der ggf. über unser Retourenportal angefallenen Rücksendekosten), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurück, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf bei uns eingegangen ist.
Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart. In keinem Fall entstehen Ihnen durch diese Rückzahlung Kosten.
Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben, dass Sie die Waren zurückgesandt haben – je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.

Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an uns zurückzusenden. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist absenden.
Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang zurückzuführen ist.

Hinweis zum Nichtbestehen eines Widerrufsrechts:

Ein Widerrufsrecht besteht, soweit nichts anderes vereinbart wurde, nicht bei Verträgen zur Lieferung von Waren, die nicht vorgefertigt sind und für deren Herstellung eine individuelle Auswahl oder Bestimmung durch den Verbraucher maßgeblich ist oder die eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse des Verbrauchers zugeschnitten sind.
